1. Eligibility

This website is intended only for individuals who are at least 21 years of age and capable of entering into a binding agreement. By using this website or placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.

2. Orders

All orders placed through our website are subject to availability, acceptance, and confirmation by Cavazos Quick Stop. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, or misuse of the website.

3. Pricing, Taxes, and Fees

Prices displayed on this website are subject to change without notice. Your order total will include applicable menu prices, taxes, and any disclosed fees.

Orders placed through our website may include an additional Online Service Fee or Processing Fee. Any applicable fee will be clearly disclosed during checkout before payment is submitted. By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout, including menu prices, applicable taxes, and any disclosed fees.

4. Payment Authorization

By submitting an order, you authorize Cavazos Quick Stop and its payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for the full amount shown at checkout. If a charge is declined or cannot be completed, we may cancel your order.

Online payments on this website are processed through PayPal and payment methods made available by PayPal, including PayPal, card payments, and Apple Pay where available.

5. Pickup Orders

Orders placed through this website are for pickup unless otherwise clearly stated. You are responsible for arriving at the selected location during business hours and at or after the scheduled pickup time or estimated pickup time provided with your order.

Estimated pickup times are approximate and may change based on kitchen volume, product availability, technical issues, weather, or other operational factors.

We may send order-related SMS communications through third-party messaging providers using the mobile number you provide at checkout.

5.1 Alcoholic Beverage Orders

Alcoholic beverages are available only where permitted by applicable law and under the licenses or permits held by the selected pickup location. Product availability, permitted beverage types, quantities, packaging requirements, and hours of sale may vary by location.

Before alcoholic beverages are released, the recipient must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification showing that the recipient is at least 21 years old. Where required by Texas law, the seller will visually inspect the identification and scan it, or enter its information into an approved electronic age-verification reader. Payment for an order, an order confirmation, or an online age declaration does not replace identification verification at pickup.

We will refuse to release alcoholic beverages if the recipient is under 21 years of age, cannot present acceptable identification, presents identification that appears altered or does not reasonably correspond to the recipient, appears intoxicated, or if releasing the alcoholic beverages would otherwise violate applicable law.

Alcoholic beverages may not be picked up through unattended pickup, left outside, or released to a minor. Alcoholic beverages must remain in their original, unopened, manufacturer-sealed containers when required by the license or permit held by the pickup location or by applicable law.

Alcoholic beverage orders may be accepted and released only during legally permitted sales hours. We may delay, modify, or cancel the alcoholic portion of an order when the requested pickup time falls outside those hours, when a product cannot legally be sold at the selected location, or when fulfilling the order would violate applicable law.

If alcoholic beverages cannot be released because the recipient does not satisfy these requirements, the alcoholic portion of the order may be canceled. Any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method in accordance with our refund policy. Service, processing, preparation, or other disclosed fees may be nonrefundable to the extent permitted by law.

6. Order Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

Once an order is submitted, changes or cancellations may not be possible. If you need assistance with an order, please contact the pickup location directly as soon as possible.

Refunds, credits, or adjustments are issued at the discretion of Cavazos Quick Stop and may depend on the status of the order, product preparation, payment processing, and the nature of the issue.

7. Product Availability and Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep menu items, descriptions, photos, pricing, and availability accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, substitute items when appropriate, or cancel affected orders.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this website in any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful manner, including attempting to interfere with the website, bypass security features, submit false information, or place orders for improper purposes.
